Situation: This attractive hotel is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, around 4 km from the town centre, easily reached with the free shuttle bus service from Monday to Saturday. Public transport is conveniently located in the hotel's immediate vicinity (around 200 m away). Shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are around 1 km away, and the sea as well as the nearest beach is approximately 30 km from the hotel.

Lodging: The comfortable rooms consist of an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a hi-fi stereo system, a minibar, a double bed, a hire safe and central heating.

Services: The hotel was built in 1999 by a main road and consists of a 4-floor main building and a 1 floor annexe block with a total of 148 rooms. The lobby awaiting guests includes a 24-hour reception, a safe, a cloakroom and a lift. Additional facilities include a café, a bar, an auditorium, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants, a conference room and an Internet terminal. Room and laundry services as well as a car park and a garage are also available to guests. The hotel also has a sizeable garden (20,000 m²).

Board: Guests are invited to serve themselves from the breakfast buffet. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from the set menu or choose the à la carte option.
